We follow manufacturer specifications for weld preps, wire type, and pre-heating to ensure correct weld penetration and strength.
Specialised Sunnen honing equipment combined with our in-house manufactured honing table allows us to hone hydraulic cylinders, valve blocks, hollow shafts, and any other items that require accurate sizes, high geometric tolerances, and surface finishes with internal sizes ranging from 8mm to 500mm (1/4" to 20"), up to 4 meters long.
When you can't bring it to us, we will come to you. Fully equipped on-site service, fitting, and fabrication vehicle coupled with a mini crane, Miller engine powered welder generator combined with a remote wire feeder makes easy work of any on-site task.
Extensive experience repairing and manufacturing hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, rods, end caps, and glands - to valve blocks, manifolds, and control systems enables our team to complete any service, repair, or re-manufacture of all components.
